The above Budget packages require a 12 Month agreement, billed monthly with automatic payment set up to receive payment on the 1st of each month. Pricing is non negotiable. After 12 months agreement/ monthly contract will reduce to $300 per month / $3600 annually which will include all the above services plus an annual review of website changes including copyright dates etc. Pricing includes minor updates limited to 5 images and minor copy changes. Incorrect information will be corrected at no charge. Additional pages added $150 per page.
The Budget Package with Video requires a 12 month agreement, billed monthly with automatic payment set up to receive payment on the 1st of each month. Pricing is non negotiable. After 12 months monthly contract will automatically renew @ $750 per month and include 2 videos produced monthly.
1Can I cancel my agreement?
Although we discourage cancellations before the 12 month agreement has ended, we do understand that there are certain circumstances that require a business to do so. We would then request an agreement buyout based on the time in to cover the costs of the website, hosting and domains. Our budget packages are set up to include the cost of building a website spread out over 12 months @ $200 a month. So if after 6 months, a business is sold and needs to cancel the contract, the buyout will be $1200. We require a 30 day advance written notice.
2How long does it take to build a site?
It depends on how much content is provided prior to building. If there is an existing website, that would help in reducing the amount of time. But in most cases a well organized, optimized site can be launched within 2 weeks.
3Can I just purchase a website?
Absolutely. We can provide a pricing quote for your business needs. We do offer to manage and maintain every site we build for a nominal monthly fee. You save money if you pay upfront. If you choose to spread out the cost, you have an option of 6 @ $410 per month or 12 months @ $200 per month. If there is a custom site with custom quote, we can look at options.
